Support for Wiseware Partner Services is usually provided for each service but on this site you will find more generalised support for such services. The generalised support is provided on our forums area and more personalised support is available using our trouble tickets system using that uses a different engine so that support responses are quicker.


Wiseware will soon add a trouble ticket system that integrate faq's and knowledge bases so that members or visitors can get intstan support from the information or a ticket tracking system using the trouble tickets. We are slowly evaluating a number of free and a some commercial scripts to see what suits both our members and makes it easy for management and partners to provide support.


If you are able or are interested then please register to supply help to other members as this site is hoping to be a co-operative or communuty type site for people of similar interests. You could even benefit at some time from being helped by other more experienced members or you could learn as others with similar interest share information.
